How the website works today

The enquiry and damage-reporting forms on this website are not yet connected to any sending or storage system. Draft enquiries and photographs remain in your browser’s memory only, are not uploaded, and are cleared when you refresh or close the page. Once the forms are connected, the information you submit will be sent to the company so that it can respond to you.

Why we process it, and on what grounds

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, assess reported damage and consider job applications. Depending on the activity, we do this because you have asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement, because we have a legitimate interest in operating our repair business, or where the law otherwise permits.
